Guest Services Desk
Guest Services is conveniently located on level 3 near Sunglass Hut, where the friendly staff can assist you with store directions, lost property, equipment hire and gift vouchers.
Free Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available at the Centre. Simply go to your phone settings, Wi-Fi and search for Macarthur Square Free Wi-Fi. You will need to fill out a Log-In page in order to proceed. Please enjoy this service during your visit.
Mobility Equipment Hire
To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Macarthur Square offers customers complimentary wheelchair and motorised scooter hire. On pick-up you will need to provide proof of identification in the form of a valid photo ID. Bookings can be made by contacting Guest Services on (02) 4626 1466.
Changing Places
Macarthur Square has delivered the first accredited Changing Places facility in South West Sydney shopping centre, located Level 3, near Rebel Sports. The facility features; height-adjustable adult-sized change table, ceiling hoist (up to 180kg weight limit, own sling required), continence disposal bins, large basin, alert button for emergencies, space for two carers & MLAK key access with automatic door. Parents Room
Parents Rooms have been provided for parents and guardians to take care of their children while shopping at the centre. They are located on Level 1 near Mama's Wok, Level 3 Travelex, Level 3 in Food on 3 and Level 3 near Converse.
Parents with Prams
Extra wide parking for those visitors with small children in prams. Located close to all main centre entrances as well as the undercover parking area.
Accessible Parking
Located close to all entrances for ease of access to and from the centre. Wider spaces make getting in and out easier.
Breakdown Pick Up Point
We have provided 2 pick-up-points to make it easier should you require assistance from your breakdown service. These points are Kellicar Road and the taxi rank at the Orange Car Park.
