How is it eaten?
Pho is accompanied with a side salad that consists of sprouts, lemon and basil leaves. These are put inside the soup along with Hoi Sin sauce and Chilli sauce. For all you chilli fans, enjoy it with a side of sate chilli dipping sauce.
Our garnish is shallots mixed with coriander. Pho can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Beef bones, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds, star anise, rice noodles, fish sauce, ginger, onions and flavouring.
For full flavour, our Pho is cooked overnight to ensure all the flavours from the herbs are brought out.
