All Lullaby Temporary bookings include full public liability insurance for your little ones. All of our Nannies work regularly with our agency. They all have complete up-to-date background checks which include a Police Clearance, a Working with Children Check and a First Aid certificate. A personalised and tailored agency service with regular communication. Staff hold current first aid certificates / CPR / Anaphylaxis certificates.

Prior to the event, parents will be emailed a registration form to complete of which they must acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Parent/Carer to remain at the Shopping Centre – I agree to remain within the Shopping Centre, in order to retain proximity to my child in the event I need to be contacted. I agree to keep my phone on and answer any calls from carers while my child is in their care.
• Child Safety - I agree to return with the wristband stub provided to me upon registration, together with photographic identification, in order to collect my child. The same parent/caregiver who registered the child at drop off needs to be the same parent/caregiver to collect the child, unless discussed and noted at the time of registration.
• First Aid – If my child requires First Aid, a First Aid trained staff will attend to him/her in the first instance and I will be contacted. If additional assistance is required staff may take my child to Macarthur Squares First Aid site.
• Behaviour – If my child is disruptive and/or a threat to the safety of other children at the event, they will be removed from the session and I will be contacted to collect them.
• Late Penalty – I agree to collect my child at the designated time. I acknowledge that if I am late, a penalty fee will apply.
• Duty of Care – Staff will always act in the best interests of your child and take all reasonable steps to ensure their safety and wellbeing; however, staff will not be held responsible for any accident or injury sustained at the event.
• Belongings - reasonable care is taken with children’s belongings and clothing. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to children’s belongings or clothing.
• Privacy – All information collected by Macarthur Square will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act. I consent information being shared with the host shopping centre in relation to marketing activities only.
