Santa is waiting on his grand throne in his brand new Castle ready to have a festive snap with you and your furry friend!

What you need to do:

• Book online (we suggest booking early to secure your preferred date and time)
• Have your booking confirmation ready to show Santa’s helper on the day, either on your phone or print off your confirmation.
• Arrive within 5-minutes of your booking and not any earlier or later. This will help avoid queues and customers gathering.  
• Pet sessions are Friday night, Saturday morning and Sunday night.
• No Refunds are available at the set, should you require a refund please contact Photography supplier Scene To Believe Customer Care. 02 9054 2636

Entry to the centre with all pets, is to be made via the Blue Carpark entry doors near Strandbags and Connor.

Pet Safety Requirements:

• All animals must be on a leash, caged or contained to ensure the safety of fellow pets and customers.
• Under no circumstances are animals permitted within other areas of the centre.
• Animals are permitted at the Blue entry level 2, permitted to enter the centre at Standbags/Connor and at the Santa Set only.
