Step into Santa's brand new Castle and create memories to last a life time! Find Santa waiting on his grand throne under twinkling decorations, ready to snap a special photo with you.
What you need to do:
- Book online (we suggest booking early to secure your preferred date and time)
Have your booking confirmation ready to show Santa’s helper on the day, either on your phone or print off your confirmation. - Arrive within 5-minutes of your booking and not any earlier or later. This will help avoid queues and customers gathering.
What you can expect on the day:
- All props will be handled by Santa and his team.
- You can expect to wait up to 10 minutes for your photos. Photos will be collected from Santa's Castle in Centre Court, near Connor, Level 2 after your session.
- Pet sessions are Friday night, Saturday morning and Sunday night.

Entry to the centre with all pets, is to be made via the Blue Carpark entry doors near Strandbags and Connor.
Pet Safety Requirements:
- All animals must be on a leash, caged or contained to ensure the safety of fellow pets and customers.
- Under no circumstances are animals permitted within other areas of the centre.
- Animals are permitted at the Blue entry level 2, permitted to enter the centre at Standbags/Connor and at the Santa Set only.
