Galentine's Hot Honey Baked Brie
Celebrate friendship and good times with a platter made for the girls. Our Hot Honey Baked Brie takes centre stage, warm, melty, and drizzled with sticky honey -perfect for Galentine’s Day, cheese pulls, and any get-together with your favourite people.
Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of brie
- Chilli flakes, to taste
- Cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
- 1 small sprig fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1-2 tbsp honey
To serve:
- Crackers of your choice
- Grapes
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Blueberries (or any fruit you love)
- 10-12 sliced salami
Method:
- Score the top of the brie in a criss-cross pattern. Sprinkle with chilli flakes, cracked pepper, crushed walnuts and finely chopped rosemary, then drizzle with honey.
- Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, until the walnuts are toasted and the cheese is soft and gooey.
- While the brie cooks, make a salami rose: line the rim of a champagne glass with overlapping salami slices, letting the edges hang over the outside. Keep layering until full, then turn the glass upside down onto a serving board and gently lift away.
- Place the hot brie in the centre of the board and surround with crackers, grapes, raspberries, blueberries (or any fruit you like) and the salami rose. Finish with hot honey if using.
- Dip, scoop and enjoy.
