

Hot Honey Baked Brie
Hot honey is so hot right now. Sweet, savoury and easy to prepare, this Hot Honey Baked Brie will quickly become a crowd-favourite.
Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of brie
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp salted butter (softened at room temperature)
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Crackers of your choice (optional)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper
- Place the brie in the middle and cut in a criss-cross pattern (ensuring not the cut the sides so the brie doesn’t ooze out while cooking)
- Top the brie with honey, chilli flakes, salt & pepper
- Cut the baguette into slices
- Combine the softened butter with the parsley, chopped garlic and herbs
- Place the bread on the tray around the brie and top each slice with the herby butter
- Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the bread is crusty
- Dip the bread (or crackers) into the brie and enjoy!
