Smoked Salmon Dip

If your mum loves a grazing board, then she will be sure to love this recipe. Don’t forget to serve with her favourite glass of bubbles!

Ingredients:

  • 150g hot smoked salmon (skin removed)
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1.5 tbsp light sour cream
  • ¼ red onion (diced)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp picked dill
  • 2 baby cucumbers
  • 100g smoked salmon 
  • Crackers to serve

 Method:

  1. Shred the hot smoked salmon in a bowl using a fork
  2. Add the greek yoghurt, sour cream, red onion, squeeze of one lemon wedge, salt, pepper and dill. Place mixture covered in the fridge until ready to serve
  3. Finely slice the baby cucumbers and cut the lemon into 15 mini wedges 
  4. When ready to eat, assemble the salmon dip in a heart shape, decorate the outside with smoked salmon, cucumber, & lemon
  5. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
