Staff Parking

Eligibility

• Staff parking is available to retail staff currently employed at Macarthur Square, including full-time, part-time, and casual team members.

Induction

• All staff members must complete a Retailer Induction to be eligible for staff parking rates. Your health and Safety is our number one priority and our induction details the Centre Operations.
• Please visit our Guest Services Desk (Level 3, near David Jones) for the Retailer Induction link.
• After completing the induction:
  1. Visit the Guest Services Desk (Level 3, near David Jones)
  2. Provide evidence of your employment within the centre (i.e. uniform or a letter from your manager)
  3. The Guest Services team will confirm your induction was completed and add your details to the system
  4. The Staff Parking Approval team will send an email directly to you confirming:
      - Vehicle registration
      - When the discounted parking rate will begin (usually within 24 hours)

Designated Parking Areas

Staff parking is available in designated areas, as listed below: 

• Pink Car Park (entry and exit off Geary Street only)
• Orange Car Park (co-mingled)
• Purple Car Park (co-mingled)
• Blue Car Park (L2A Aisles K, L or M only)
