Macarthur Square is set to welcome Service NSW towards the end of the year, bringing essential government services closer to residents in the region.
Macarthur Square is pleased to announce that a new Service NSW Centre will open at the Centre in late 2026, providing essential everyday services for the local community.
Customers of all ages will be able to complete important government transactions alongside their regular shopping.
Located on Level 2, near JB HIFI of Macarthur Square, the new Service NSW Centre will offer more than 1,300 NSW Government services and transactions. The new centre will include 14 customer service counters, self-service digital kiosks, computer testing facilities and dedicated meeting spaces for booked appointments.
Expected to open towards the end of 2026, the new Service NSW Centre will help streamline everyday errands for local residents while further strengthening the centre’s role as a key community destination within the region.
